Come On People!

I KNOW there are more of you out there who read Historicals set in Scotland. Tall Scotsmen with the sexy brogue... "Aye, lass, I come to stake my claim!" Medievals! I KNOW you all have some in mind. Come on... share the wealth.

Has anyone read Madeline Hunter? Is her stuff good?

Have you tried Jen Holling's MacDonell series? They're in my TBR, but is supposed to be very good.

I've only read one Madeline Hunter book which was Rules of Seduction but I loved it! I am looking forward to her next book!

She's an oldie (and in heaven now) but have you ever read Arnette Lamb? She wrote some wonderful stories about Scotsmen.

I just finished Dark Rival by Brenda Joyce - time travel sorta stuff and loved it. I had to go buy the first book (didn't know it was a second in a series until I was too far into it to quit.) So I'd recommend her. I also love LOVE Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series. Her books are epic long though (which is a bonus for me, but some people are put off by the massive books) so you're warned. Hmmmm ... I know there are others but I'm feeling kinda blank right now. lol I'll get back to you if I think of them.

Oh, and get Katie to give you Nicole's Karen Ranney's Highland Lords series. I reviewed it ages ago over at Don't Talk... loved it.
