I tend to get slightly rabid over Judith McNaught - so consider that your warning. I don't read her, but her ever-changing deadlines mean I find myself explaining the joys of publishing to irate library patrons who just want to read the new book.
"What do you mean it's been pushed back? What do you mean you don't know when it's coming out?"
Sigh.
After about the 5th publication date change for Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You my supervisor took the hint and had them remove the title from our catalog.
Last publication date I've seen? Late January 2010. But since it's like the 6th date I've seen, I'm going to believe the book is coming out when I'm physically standing in Borders and see a copy with my own beady little eyes.
Ooops, yeah forgot to add that the Brockmann is a reprint. It's one of her Loveswept titles. Good news is there has been no title change. It was first published in 1997.
I'll probably be bankrupt by the end of summer- but at least I'll have something to read! :o)
