While at my computer working on an assignment, my little man is in the next room watching TV....
TV: (catchy little theme song) "Hey it's Franklin, comin out to play..."
TV: (soft-spoken narrator) "Franklin can tie his shoes and count by twos..."
G: (muttering) "Franklin doesn't wear shoes."
LMAO...and thinking they might want to re-think that intro...it's true, that little turtle does not wear shoes.

Last week, while we were at RT, we called home Wed night to check on the kids.
The DH gets on the phone to talk to the monster aka my son, asks him if he's being good.
Monster: Yeah.
Dad: You behaving like a monkey?
Monster: Nope.
Dad: Did you forget how to be a monkey?
Monster: Sigh. No, Dad, you told me to be good, remember?
